A good quality cleaning kit?

One Piece rod as others have commented and a bore guide.

For solvents the Sharp Shoot R products are amazing (Wipe Out, Patch Out, Carb-out, Accelerator)

I use Carb-Out to kill the carbon then follow with accelerator and patch out. Much faster than using wipe-out alone. A bottle of each and you have a supply that will last a very long time

I’ve gone all VFG with their felts (fine and coarse) and Ballistol...

They offer a couple of “multi caliber” rods/jags/pull throughs.

Awesome stuff...

I have a couple one piece cleaning rods, a PH , and a Hoppe's Elite. I like the Hoppes bearings better.

Speaking of jags, I have a couple of the Tiptons pointed jag sets. The other day, I was cleaning up a rifle, and just for S&G I picked up my micrometer and miked a couple jags. Big differences from set to set. When ever I had found a snug one while cleaning, I had assumed it was the barrel. Anyone else notice this ?
