Just got my MK 4 scope back recently, for repair and cleaning… Just wanted to others know the great service I received from The Korth Group Warranty Team! Okotoks(,AB)( this is why I buy Leupold. )
 
What was wrong with it? I have a Mk4 but was thinking about having the turrets switched to mil since its a TMR reticle.
 
I have an older Leupold that could not hold zero, sent it to them and they totally fixed it and sent it back good as new, maybe even better than new... these guys rock!

For the second time in 25 years, I sent a Leupold scope into Korth for warranty work. Once again, quick service!
In getting ready for a hunt this spring I found that my VX-3 4.5-14x40 LR was a little fuzzy, and when I adjusted parallax and the ocular lense to clear the sight picture, it just didn't quite clear it up as well as it should have. I used it successfully on the hunt, but then replaced the scope with another VX-3 4.5-14x40 B&C scope, and sent the fuzzy scope into Korth for service.
I mailed the scope in, they repaired it (replaced the erector assembly and repaired the parallax, recharged the scope, tested) and sent it back at no charge. I got it back in 10 days, including mailing it both ways! Beat the previous warranty service by a day.
Thanks again Korth! Great customer service reinforcing confidence in buying and using Leupold products!
 
I'm glad you got good service from Korth, but I have to say my experience was not as good.

Back when I was trying to figure out what was going on with the marlin 1895 in canada, I emailed ruger directly to ask.

They replied saying that I would have to direct my questions to the two distributors they use in canada: Korth group, and Big Rock Sports.

I sent the same email to both Big Rock and Korth at the same time.

A rep from Big Rock actually called my phone about an hour later, and spent about half an hour talking with me and helping me understand. It was very helpful, and kind of him to take the time.

korth? I never did get any response whatsoever, not even an auto-generated form response.

I don't do well with companies that just ignore you.

I just sent in a VX-3 6.5 - 20 x 40, they got it on the 24th so we will see how it goes and how long it takes. Have had excellent experience in the past, hope it continues.

Got my scope back 3 weeks after I sent it in. All the guts of it were replaced. Adjustments feel great, tracks perfectly and functions the way it should. I am one who is generally not easily impressed but in this case, I am impressed. Good work Korth :d
