I'm glad you got good service from Korth, but I have to say my experience was not as good.
Back when I was trying to figure out what was going on with the marlin 1895 in canada, I emailed ruger directly to ask.
They replied saying that I would have to direct my questions to the two distributors they use in canada: Korth group, and Big Rock Sports.
I sent the same email to both Big Rock and Korth at the same time.
A rep from Big Rock actually called my phone about an hour later, and spent about half an hour talking with me and helping me understand. It was very helpful, and kind of him to take the time.
korth? I never did get any response whatsoever, not even an auto-generated form response.
I don't do well with companies that just ignore you.
