Way less, I'm having mine done now at the same place BUM had his done. The guy in Sherwood Park that took two years to do my son's bear rug wanted $1500 for a kudu shoulder mount, plus you would have to pay in Africa for prep. RedDune charges $695 for the same thing, plus they have actually seen these animals in the wild. Shoulder mounts of 1 Kudu, 1 gemsbok, a mountain reedbuck, european mounts of a kudu, gemsbok, wildebeest, impala and a springbok plus a felted zebra rug for me was just under $3,000 US plus about another $1500 shipping to Edmonton. We shot our animals in July and should have our trophies in March.
Sorry for hijacking here BUM, I can't stop looking at yours and then again wondering where the hell I am going to hang the Kudu and Gemsbok mounts.

I was going with a regular shoulder mount for the Impala until I saw the wall pedestal in Henrick/Jacques' office. That sole the pedestal for me. They're such beautiful animals I wanted to show off as much of the body as I could and that exposed shoulder just did it for me.
And Mike, I haven't ruled out the 2nd Campfire hunt, but for that wedding in the middle there. Maybe seperate honeymoons?
