First thing first... Thanks to Prophet, Clay and all is nice staff for bringing us so many awsome equipments...
Mounted my new Forbes 24B 30-06 with a Leupold 3X9X33 Ultralight, Talley rings, sling and 4 rounds on the scale, now this could be a couples ounces more or less, but the important thing is that whole rig is dead on at 6.5 pounds, just incredible... JP.

Do you have the basis switched around?

Looks like you would gain a little more room with them swapped.

Edit: Looking again it might interfere with the bolt handle.....

Tried it, on the other side it was to far, on this side it is right perfect... JP.

Actually its not the most accurate device to weigh anything, but the fact is that rifle as shown is pretty doggone light !
Seriously, JP's scale is very accurate... I'm thinking.

Now that is one light rifle. I see the merit to a light rifle, but I find most super light rifles have balance issues for me. Perhaps it's my shooting style.

But still, that is damn light
