A little confused.....- Shells getting jammed- Trued action issue?????

your bullet is to long, had the same problem with my 264 .
seat the bullet deeper and try to cycle the round, make a few dummy rounds with no primer and powder, keep extending the bullet out as far as you can till the jaming happens .
then if your not touching the lands you should get a gun smith to alter your seating depth so you can get to the lands
 
It sounds like you have a match chamber or a chamber cut with a minimum spec reamer.

You see this sort of thing a lot with minimum spec reamers. It seems like everyone is such an all-fired hurry to put minimum spec chambers in hunting rifles, then find out that their chamber is smaller than many reloading dies and there is little or no sizing done at the base. You bump the shoulder and the brass has to go somewhere, sort of like squeezing a balloon or a boob.
