your bullet is to long, had the same problem with my 264 .
seat the bullet deeper and try to cycle the round, make a few dummy rounds with no primer and powder, keep extending the bullet out as far as you can till the jaming happens .
then if your not touching the lands you should get a gun smith to alter your seating depth so you can get to the lands
