A little help to pass on

Was out shooting my Stevens 200 in .243 yesterday when somehow the extractor came out. Of course the small detent ball disappeared also. Solution was to use a #4 steel shot Worked like a hot damn and the Stevens is as good as new. Hope this helps some one else if the same problem arises.

Your lucky you didn't lose the tiny spring under the detent ball.

Luckily the spring stayed where it was supposed to.

If anyone loses the ball or spring let me know. I got some when I visited the factory.
