i just bought my first handgun glock 17 4gen today i was working close to a gun store witch i highly recommend if your in edmonton p&d enterprizes awsume place

anyway can i use a gen 3 mag in a gen 4 how you tell difference between them

Gen 4 magazines have the catch on both sides, while Gen 3 only has it on one side. You can use Gen 3 mags in Gen 4 Glocks provided the magazine release is located on the left side (ie for right-handed).
