Here's me, in Camden, TN, at Tactical Response's first AK Operator (Full-Auto) class. Fired 1k in one day through a Jim Fuller-built Romanian AKM. The pic is of me shooting Jim's AKS-74U, select-fire of course. I've got a couple vids and pics I'll post when I get home.

Didn't the US make some law about not training foreigners?

NO! I know alot of guys on this forum will tell you otherwise, they must know something the US border patrol doesn't. There is NO law against foreigners training in the US. If there were, the BATF would be encouraging us to break the law with their FORM 6, which enables you to bring your own gun down with you. Some companies only train US citizens, they have the right to train or not train who they want.

Alot of guys on this forum have made the trip to Camden, legally. I'm heading back down next weekend, until November. I know for a fact there will be guys there from at least three other countries.

The United Sates isn't the dark scary, feriner hatin', hole alot of people up here make it out to be. Take a trip down, you won't want to come home!:ar15:

Besides we don't consider canadians foreigners(except them frenchy's:D),more like out of towners.

Very light recoiling, less noise than you'd expect given the brake, and there is some spring force transmitted throught the stock that can be felt. The side folding stock is really good and miles ahead of the downfolder.

I think the 58 is better because of the hold open, selector, and it more robust. The 58 shorty should sell well, but it will never be a true Krink as I'll bet there will be no changes to the gas system.

The 58 is more robust? Interesting observation. I guess trigger gremlin aside you really don't hear about many problems with the 58. I'll have to seriously consider the 58 shorty...wish a pic was available though.
