I have received multipleinfractions due to this thread and my support of atrs, I'll be removing all content and no more updates.


Admin Note:

OP received one infraction for posting a graphic picture of ISIS gunman shooting tied up people in a mass grave in one of the posts. OP subsequent edited away all content and the moderators had to clean up the thread.

CGN absolutely will not tolerate pictures of mass murder and atrocity used in any discussion. There is no appropriate context for pictures of genocide and atrocity to be posted here, in any discussion of responsible firearms usage.

Way to go Stormchaser! I hope mine is as great. Ordered it the day after you but with green chairs. Paid almost completely upfront in September, so I hope they're moving along towards mine. I have some match grade ammo (what is considered to be the best) for you, when we meet next. For now, those pictures provide evidence that we all wanted of a sound well built rifle with great accuracy.
 
Awesome looking rig Stormy, glad you finally got it. I'm sure with that new optic on the way and al little more trigger time those groups will get smaller and smaller. Nothing wrong with those groups at all but I know you'll get them better.
 
Beautiful! I dig the carbon fibre even though I went a different route myself. Not a bad choice in name either ;-) nice to see more MH's pumping out of the shop, the anticipation is killing me for mine to be done. In all honesty I won't really need it till September any way.
 
A have to say that is one outstanding looking rifle Stormchaser, it looks very good indeed.

Your first range trip shows promise, if you can get accuracy to match VOODOO's looks, you'll have it all.

Really looking forward to seeing what VOODOO can do after some more load development and practice, particularly out past 300Metres and beyond...

Please keep us posted and don't be afraid to add more pics.

Awesome! I have been waiting for people to start posting their reports, dont forget Rick recommended not using steel case ammo in these guns, unless the hornady is somehow different than regular steel case ammo.

It is, it does not use a bimetal projectile like regular steel cased stuff.
It is however only decent in some rifles, that rifle has got promise with some hand loads.

I think I want one of these but I'd really prefer something in a coyote calibre. Hopefully won't be too long of a wait for the Modern Varminter.
 
I priced one out quickly this weekend, with a few very basic options. Came out just shy of $4,500..it'll have to wait for a while for me!

That said - looking forward to results with different configurations as well.

Good looking rifle OP.

It's close to a 2 hour drive to find crown land around Edmonton.
I'm sure once it isn't a muddy crap hole everywhere he'll get it out to the farm.

He should have another range report tuesday night, the two of us are going shooting tomorrow with a few different types of ammo and we will have my AR-10 with us for a side by side comparison.
