Just finished a real nice .270 Winchester. Total weight as shown 6 pounds 7 ounces with a 23 inch Gaillard barrel. The McMillan stock weighs 1.5 pounds. Trued 700 matte finish blued action, 2.25 pound trigger. The muzzle is .650" and the barrel contour fairly stiff. It should be an accurate rifle. It could be cut to 22 inches and turned lighter but I am sure accuracy would suffer a bit. It balances nicely the way it is.
