A New M1 Coming to My Collection With Some Questions.

I am getting an Inland M1 Carbine with a serial number 1182XX. Its a nice little gun but I presume has been reissued post war to L.P.W. as marked on the recoil plate. Its trigger guard is marked WB-LP-0203.
I don't really know what these organizations are?
It has a Type II stock, flat bolt, push button safety, two rivet top wood, Type III stock, mag release is Type IA marked EI.
The barrel band is Type IA, barrel is marked W, the operating slide is a Type I or a II.
That's all I have until I receive it from the seller.
