A New Pistol Masterpiece

Over-rated & overpriced. One could do better for less....

What is the purpose of a post like this? The OP is excited that he’s getting a new gun and a VERY nice one at that. It may not be to your taste but it doesn’t mean you need to be a ####. You may think it does, but keeping quiet is always a classy option. What is better for less? For what purpose? Do you even know what these cost?

OP, sweet gun! Enjoy!

I thought the same.. but decided to tone down my reaction. It's one thing to read on stuff online, and a whole different thing if one has personal experience.

The piece I have (P210-1) is awesome; and I'm sure the OP's is also. Now, is it work 2/3/4k? I don't know, but that's all relative again. I got mine thinking "I'm getting one of these 'legendary' pistols" (no pun intended) once in my life, and that's it. (for now lol)

That's also why I don't mind to have others fire it at ranges, so they can form THEIR own opinions on a particular gun, to complement any internet reviews/readings/etc.

Edit: That smooth butter slide action though... that has to add at least 1k$ to any gun price :)

I agree, its a beautiful pistol, even if others tend to disagree.

I think Hatman1973 is in a minority of one there.....it’s a firearm that deserves its classic status...i for one would give my left nut for one..enjoy your beautiful toy

Missed this post earlier - but congrats on that beauty, enjoy! Have never tried a super target, but very happy with my own 210 Legend. As to the naysaying "what's it worth"...it's worth exactly what an owner was willing to pay, no one else's business but theirs.

I have never shot one, but would love to get one,I just love nice old school steel and wood.
I have had a couple people tell me that they would never spend that much on some of the guns I have, after badmouthing them, they want to shoot them for some reason.
A few years ago, I could not do it ether, But the trouble I have is when you have shot P7's, Pythons, hi end Sigs, hard to go back to the norinco's, Hate to say it, have one that will out shoot all my high end pistols, course there is bunch of money in it .

I’ve debating this evening about taking the plunge on a 210 Super Target (German made) but leaning against it because I just bought a Pardini. But wanted to let people know Easthill Outdoor in Ontario has one for sale. I’m not connected to the company in anyway, but am hoping it sells to remove temptation.

Is it gone? (I can't see it anywhere on their website)

The SuperTarget model comes with a 6" barrel. It's not American made or assembled in the USA. It come directly from SIG/Sauer in Germany.

Meh, over rated, BTW it’s assembled by illegal Turks in Germany from inferior steel imported from China:p Quick sell it to me;) Seriously though, post some pics and a range report at your convenience. Nice score.
