A new shotgun coming to market take a look

OK not to be the negative Nancy , but an akm with a bigger barrel bolt carrier and receiver ...... OK OK ! I'll take my dark cloud somewhere else !

I would be inclined to agree after the Blaze-47 fiasco, but then again they've since hired new people for the firearms lab so... perhaps it's not all doom and gloom just yet?

Anyways, if it functions like the video posted above it seems like a pretty fun gun. If they're classified under NR/R status I'd like to see them ship with a few chokes, full, modified, cylinder et al. Would make for some good times at the gravel pit under the former classification.

Looks like AK variant 100% here it is in 12g configuration

For comparison to the gun in the video;

Looks like all the lab needs to do is read CGN and print the FRT. thanks guys.

Or possibly look at any Saiga/AK blueprints?

If the gun in the video is indeed the same gun that's being advertised here, it's pretty obvious what it is.

Yes but if you check out Trigger Wholesales Facebook page they explain that it is a completely different reciever, and how it differs from said prohib rifles and exactly what it will come with

Thay said all we can do is keep our fingers crossed instead of doom and gloom.

And it seems they "may" have a little sense to them as they reclassified the "AR" shotguns wolverine brought in and the Type 81 got thru so lets see.

Lovely...hate to be pessimistic but if the blaze47 was prohib...I don't hold a lot of faith for this one,but I want it,so I'm hoping I'm wrong!

I wood like to try a duck hunt with one only for the looks I'd get in the blind... Natural attention whore I guess?

also TWI were ressponsble for getting the ar15 type shotguns from prohib/ rest to non restricted, when all other attemps by importers has failed

sure they have missed the mark on a few other projects, but at least the they keep trying.
Its all i nthe wording and the the marketing.

they explain that it is a completely different reciever,

Watch the video Vojnar posted, from the 5:00 minute mark onward.

Then take a look at this video of a Saiga shotgun.

Tell me that's not the same gun?

Who's to say that is the same shotgun. I NEVER heard any actual importer state it is. Only another member claiming it is.

Please tell me where you heard this shotgun is the.exact.odel.from the video!!?!

It seems to be based upon how it is MARKETED.
We certainly see this with magazines.

I truly believe if you submitted a black powder muzzle loader to the RCMP Tech lab, and called it the AKML-47, it would be banned.
Especially if the promo said "combining the battle proven ergonomics of the AK-47 with time proven muzzle loader technology."

How was the Blaze47 described by those who built and marketed it?
