A nice Remington Model 725

I found this 1958 peach in 270 Winchester at my local store this morning.
It's a great day to be a Remington!

It looks to be original other than having the sling loops replaced with studs.
It came with a M8 4x vintage Leupold too.

This not a negative comment defiantly refinished the reciver would not be a Matt Finnish and all the feathered crotch in the butt would be hidden under dark stain . Who ever did the work did a nice job . I have two 725’s all original and the Finnish is good for factory but Does not sparkle like users . It deserved to be redone

I have two of these. A stock one in 280 and another with a stock similar to the one in the pic. Has a magnum bolt face but I haven't decided on what cartridge to pit it in. Great rifles. - dan
