Hey, i juste got my crspeed belt and 4x crspeed versa mag pouches like recommended here. I also got my bladetech holster and it seems to have adjustments if you take the screws out. Now did you guys keep it pointing straight down or did you adjust in a rear 45 degrees angle? I did set the holster to fit more tightly on my belt.

Thanks for answering i have just fastened it straight down, the way it was packaged when it got here. While being on the subject of turning holsters at an angle, what about your mag pouches? Straight down also or do you turn the top of pouch slightly forward?

I have my front mag pouches slightly angled backwards and the back ones slightly forward. This helps your hands and wrist to grab the mags more naturally.

While the holster is almost always vertical, you'll see all kinds of setups for mag pouches. Some have each one at a different angle based on how their hand comes to it. I keep the first 2 vertical, because that's how I like it, and the back 3 angled slightly forward. Experiment to see what works best for you.

I am a total noob, having just completed my Black Badge course last month, but I have a Blade Tech holster and the pure vertical position is great for drawing. Angled any other way would require a lot of training and muscle memory, whereas sweeping your hand straight up is really simple. As for mag pouches, I find that the location is more important than the position on my belt. I like to have my hand fall naturally to the first mag and then after withdrawing it my hand naturally sweeps to the next one and so on.

I would leave it straight for now and set it up following your BB instructors recommendations ( if you haven't done your BB yet.) my instructor told me to angle the DOH with the muzzle slightly forward. at first i was "whaa?" but then i did my 2 days of BB course and it just felt right and actually works pretty well. but i guess whatever works best still applies here :)
