Did Ruger ever make an m77 zytel/boat paddle stocked with factory iron sights ?

I think they did, and they were rare. I remember passing on a 270 RS set up 15 years back. I have only seen one. To date I have 6 Zytel stocked guns in my collection.

More expert Ruger collectors can chime in.

I saw a couple years ago - mid 1990's - one chambered for 300 Winchester Mag. and the other in 30-06. They were both stainless and sitting in a dealers rack and I don't know if they were a special order or just a rare variant.

I had 3 Boat Paddle factory rifles a 280 no sights, a 223 and a 30-06 both with sights.

I had one in 30-06 with factory sights that I bought new in the early 1990's I believe. Still not sure why I sold it

I had one in stainless 338 Winchester that had sights. Didn’t keep it long.

Just way too light for that cartridge.

if you find one in 7.62x39 grab it for me ok, they had irons too, I'd like to make a grendel from one, no problem giving you appropriate mark up for your troubles
