A question for updated dragoon owners

I just picked up a Fin capture dragoon form epps & am trying to figure out who updated it to a 91/30. Quite an interesting piece as the barrel was dated 1921, over struck to make 1922, with a tang date of 1914. Anyway, for those of you who own updated dragoons, is you rear sight base soldered on?

If i'm correct, the M91/30 with hex receiver are former dragoon rifle? I have a hex receiver M91/30, 1928 dated and the rear base is held with pin like my repro sniper 1942 dated.

I think, that the only Mosins with pinned rear sight base were either refurbs or post 1941 Izhevsk. Original Tula's or Finn captured refurbes never had their bases pinned. I also have all original unissued early 1941 Izhevsk with soldered base.
 
I couldn't remove the base from the finn captured Tula, so my guess that it was soldered in place...I don't know about unisued Izhevsk, since I never did try nor ever will try to take the base off it:) I got it from weimajack a few years ago, and the darn thing is unissued. Including the wood with cartouches, original numbers, original blueing(could compare with captured rifle) pristine bore, 1891 style cocking piece(!) and no pins in the rear sight base...
 
I have two ,A Imperial czarist eagle that was re barreled by tikkaloski in 41 still in dragoon length, and a hex receiver that was converted to m-27 configuration with the Spitz ears by VTK.Both bases are soldered on,no pins.
