a.r.m.s. #18 mount, what rings?

does the arms #18 mount requires arms rings? Neither @ arms or wolverine supplies who distributes them I can find this information, what kind of rail is it?

it's a 1913 milspec picatinny. 1913 rail accepts BOTH picatinny rings and weaver rings. weaver rails ONLY accept weaver rings.

I actually am using 1" medium weaver grand slam rings on my arms#18, work like a charm

I am using Leupold PRW Low rings on my ARMS#18 mount, works great.

I have arms 22 high rings on mine. I find them a bit high. Not sure if med would be to low though.

I have the arms 22 medium rings with a 40mm objective scope...works fine..lots of clearance. The part to watch is to make sure the rear of the scope clears the adjustable sight. I find the med. rings a tad high, but it works great.

pull the rear site off, and use low rings. Best to test it with your scope to ensure clearance, but you will want to mount the scope as low as possible.

I'm a lover of the Millett Angle-Loc rings in both 1 inch and 30mm formats. The ARMS 18 mount likes any rings that can do the Weaver dimension. Have lots of fun.
