A scope to see bullet holes at 100m

I have no problem believing a good 9x will see 22 cal holes at 100 yards. My 4.5-14x40 muelluer apv allows me to see them at 200 yards.
 
I'm able to see .223 holes easily at 300 with a Sightron 8-32x56, and at 150 with a Bushnell 4-16x40 (so far, haven't stretched either out any further yet). The couple of Vortex I've looked through seemed quite nice and clear, so I doubt you'll have any issues to 200 at the least.
