A secondary ATT question

Ok, so after reading the "ATT Question" thread, I have a couple questions:
1) What is a LTATT?
2) What is a STATT?

I have never heard of this before.

I know I have an ATT to go back & forth from the club to my house
I know I need a different ATT to take my handguns to a gunshop for repair
I know I need a different ATT to transport to and from a border crossing.

But I have no idea what the other ATT's mentioned in that thread are.

Long and short term. Long is the club sponsored one. The other is for to the smithy, etc.
