i'd bet that the post that got him banned was deleted; things probably went more sideways than you are seeing. but regardless, he brought some valuable - impartial - dialog and experience to the forum (which is otherwise 90% whining about the ban and 180 magwell angles). i think on the internet it's hard sometimes to pick-up on a person's sense of humour unless you put some stupid emoji at the end of every sentence (which i despise as people see it as licence to say total jerk things and then make it ok with a smiley face).
