based on what criteria the Bravo 98 is not in service with the US military and have not been given a NSN AFIK .They shoot a 338 LM cartridge . I am sure that many here think that this rifle will be refused export permit by the DOS

I can tell you for a fact the the EDM Arms Windrunner has been approved for export by the US DOS with out any issues.
