A Tokarev in 10mm auto!?!?

When were they manufactured?

The one in the sample above says 1996.

Additional Information: In the beginning of 1991, Zastava paid attention to the growing popularity of the 10mm AUTO bullet. The 10mm FBI bullet, 10 x 25mm, was designed on the initiative of Jeff Cooper, the father of modern pistol shooting. The Zastava design team led by Rodoljub Matkovic started adapting Zastava's model for 10 mm AUTO in 1992, marking it the Zastava P10 pistol. The Zastava P10 10 mm auto pistol is equipped with ergonomic wooden grips suited for smaller hand sizes. The external striker is with an elongated tail or with a rounded head. The pistol is loaded with a single-stack 8 round magazine

**These are surplus firearms, and as such hold no warranty.

Does that mean if it turns out to be a jam-o-matic you're straight up SOL?

10mm isn't hard to handle. The gun does look pretty small though, I bet it's snappy. I can't find enough info on them to bother buying one.

Reminds of my unglorious days of owning a Glock 29 10mm. Right idea, just not fun to shoot.

I think the P10 is s/a and Z10 is an auto pistol. Tough finding info on these
Yea I agree, too bad we couldn't get the videos translated, very little info but they are so cool I had to have one and it looks like there are some choices for grips and maybe other bling! If they have these in Serbia or wherever that video was made maybe we can get some mags.

Is the guys saying the trigger group and slide can be exchanged with the M57? Or are they both P10/z10 variants?

Looks like affording a 10mm will be a faraway fantasy no longer! Ordered this morning as soon as I saw the EE post, so grateful you brought these cool little guys in. Now the hunt for mags begins..

So watching closer to the video, the guy switches frames and even shoots the 10mm out of the M57,,, he also switched mags and they fit no problem BUT he didn't use the M57 mag with 10mm, not sure if he just never thought of it but look promising, and I want those grips or grips like them!

@25:52 - did it turn into full auto because he had 'accidentally' swapped the TRG with the M57? LOL

So I watched the video .
The pistol shoots 10mm and 40sw , most parts between it and the m57 are interchangeable . At first he thought it was shooting in auto because the owner messed with the trigger group hence why he was testing it one shot at a time . He later asked the owner if it was worked in and the answer is no . The slide will bite u with the stock grips . U shouldn’t shoot 10mm on the m57 frame because it’s not as heavy duty so at the end he rapid fires 40sw on the m57 frame and it doesn’t auto fire which he was suspecting .he says many owners who shot the z10 a lot say the frame isn’t strong enough and ends up cracking even though it’s beefed up in certain areas as compared to the m57.

All in all he says , it’s an unfinished pistol that was converted and NOT a very good pistol at all . He does finish by saying , it’s worth buying to have in your collection as long as you don’t overpay (approx 100 euros) because there isn’t a huge amount of them in circulation and it’s cool to have .

I likely missed some stuff but that’s the video in a nutshell
