There are many here, who's exploits in the field FAR exceed mine. I basically started out hunting with Dad for the sport and as a weekend recreation. That was one of the main reasons. The second, and partially a result of available family finances at the time, was to help fill the deep freeze for the coming year. And, still a 'deep freeze' hunter as my Daughter once commented. Presently still enjoy field trips to Alberta on draw for Mule Deer and Antelope hunts with my Daughter & Son In Law. I guess the next milestone I hope to enjoy, is a hunt with/including my Granddaughters. However, my 1st big game animal and still #1 on my list, as far as the hunt experience is concerned and as table fare is still MOOSE. These days however, with just me, my wife and a 'yellow dog' to;) 'supply', a yearling or calf;) would fit our needs nicely:).
