A5 buffer and spring for stag 10

Where do I find an a5 buffer and spring in Canada for a stag 10 and magpul ubr

I believe the right combo for a stag 10 is a regular AR15 carbine buffer (but heavy like a H3 or more) and an armalite AR10 spring in an A5 length system.
