Is it possible to order these from the States? I saw one for about $75.00 (Canadian) cheaper than what they are selling for here in Canada.

I've never ordered anything other than holsters from the States. Would it be worth the hassle?

I think once you factor in the duty/taxes & shipping it will not be worth it... not to mention the additional hassle.

The only time I justify ordering from the US is because no one in Canada has it.

Well. assuming u did get it hassle free, by the time you factor in duty, exchange, shipping and GST you are looking at approx $325CADmin assuming there is no duty..There may/may not be duty and as mentioned above, it may require export documentation..Be careful and "approach with caution". I know they retail here for $349 at TSE in Calgary(which is the best I have seen) but u may wanna shop around...

I think I will give TSE a call after the 23rd. I'm positive the Liberals are going down, but I would hate to be left with a kit and no gun.

AA Glock conversion

Just as a matter of interest, the AA is the best conv kit out there and once u figure out what it likes to eat, you'll be happy:D . Keep in mind they are designed to operate with 40gr bullets, preferably hi velocity. I can tell u from experience that it does make a difference. The hi-vel with lighter bullet fails to cycle the slide or will not feed reliably:mad: . Mine really likes Winchester Wildcats and Rem T-bolts. But,the t-bolts are so dirty and foul everything so fast, I refuse to use them. I miss the Win Dynapoints:( ....I am sure other users on the board can recc other types of ammo as well;) .
Good luck

I ordered the AA kit from TSE. Should see it today or Monday. I'm quite excited!

I too miss the Dynapoints. I've switched to Win Wildcats. They are just so dirty to handle though. i miss the copper washed slugs.

Watch for lead build up in the barrel with the Wildcats too. I've seen them gunk up barrels so bad, the rifling was obscurred.

Another reason to thoroughly clean the bore;) ...Like Redleg says they are prone to buildup. Not as bad as the Thunderbolts I find, but indeed a pain considering what the plated/cpr washed rounds are like. Better order 2 kits from TSE so u always have a clean one ready to go!:D

Thanks for the Heads Up!

I suppose the manual with come with a list of recommended ammo...

If anyone has had good experiences with a brand of copper washed ammo i'd like to hear about it.
