Hi All,

Just to let you know we are to have Level II Qualifier Match on August 6th.
Registration Form is available on IPSCBC site. It can be filled out saved and emailed or printed, filled out and mailed. We will accept cheques and EMT payments during pre-registration. There will be 7 stages, approx. 170rds (min). We are still working on finalizing stages' designs at this time.

We are also looking for volunteers helping us setup for the match, starting at 5pm the night before.

EDIT: There won't be registration on the day of the match.

Online registration form has been changed. Please, print and mail; unless you can scan filled form and wanna email it and do EMT payment.
 
If someone who is handy with Adobe could make it a fillable PDF it would be much appreciated.
I'm fact I'd like to see a standardized entry form with headers and footers for different clubs to insert their info, and still have it online fillable. Anyone got a solution for that?

You can try Google Docs. There is an online Form in there.

Well, there will be another time. Just try to make it to a few good matches before the season change :)



Anywho.

We are seing a steady stream of Registrations coming in. So far, I squad everyone according to their wishes.
Please, don't get disappointed if we [may] need to ask some of you to move to another squad for safety and quality scoring reasons.
 
We are going to be having a work bee this Wednesday (July 20th) starting at 6pm. We will be building walls and other props. Any help will be appreciated. Thnx
 
Just a friendly reminder to those who were planning to attend the match :)

If you already mailed in your registration or about to, and it's postmarked by 29th, the fee is still $45.

We have about 50 competitors registered at this point.
 
A quick update: there are some minor changes to squads' lists. I kept people wishing to be on the same squad together thou.

There will be over 65 competitors at the match.
 
Squad list needs to be updated a bit as we are going to be self RO'ing, not running separate morning and afternoon squads. So it will be 6 squads I think of 10/11
 
Guys, please, don't send me match fee payments via (FRAUD ALERT), Reg. Form says - EMT.

I'm not setup with (FRAUD ALERT) and to be honest, not interested in getting setup with them.

7 squads - one per stage, all running at the same time. Squads will have at least 2 ROs each, and at least 3 where several new shooters are present.
So, it will be 10 shooters per squad on average.

There will be a brief RO meeting before the match. Scoring will be done on the go. Results and awards should be provided within 45 mins after last shot is fired.
