Hey guys,

I was wondering who here has taken Multi-Weapon Operations course and if the Cz858 was an Ok choice ? Im worried about the stupid mag capacity    and how it might slow me down during the course.

for some weird reason I want to use my Cz858 instead of my ACR lol  Did the stupid 5 round limit hinder you during the course at all ? Ill still bring my ACR with my Beowulf mags JIC as a backup but wanted some first hand experience from people that have taken the course.

Can't wait for Oct 20th in Abby :)

Cheers :d

What is going on Oct. 20th at Abby?
I've not attended a MWO course but shot enough rifle matches to know that if the operation of the rifle doesn't resemble an AR ( ACR, XCR, B&T) etc., it will be slower. The Tavor platform is the only one that can come close.
Unless you want to challenge yourself, make the ACR your primary gun.

I'm assuming you are taking a cqb pistol /carbine type course?

If so all the ones I have taken work off of an assumed 5 round mag capacity.

Where I have seen all the problems with the cz,sks, m14 pattern rifles is in that when you do reload it is much slower to do so.

It is still a great learning experience and you will get much better with your chosen rifle.

If what you are referring to is an actual competition you will be at a severe disadvantage but will still learn and have fun.

I leanred about this course on the Veritac Solutions FB page and you can go here to register hxxps://shop.veritacsolutions.com/collections/training-courses-2017/products/dismounted-small-team-operations-dsto

I did the 3 day MWOST course in May with Veritac. I went through 900 rounds of rifle in those three days, so get good at your mag changes if you do run the VZ! I ran an AR with a stack of LAR mags, and was just a touch jealous of the LE/Mil guys with standard capacity mags...

Looks awesome. Just registered for the multi-weapons operations one. May do the dismounted small-team operations one the following week as well, depending on how the first one is, if it doesn't fill up in the meantime. REALLY looking forward to autumn, which is a first for me!!
