Accessories bought in USA?

Live in Vancouver BC and wondering what kind of accessories I can buy online in the USA for my Russian SKS and legally be shipped back into Canada example scopes and mounts,stocks with foldable butts extended mags.I dont want end up buying sometihng and it gets to the border and they hold it there and im out the money.Thanx for thehelp

Sorry but this is like the millionth time this question has been asked.

Anyways basically all gun parts and ammo, or components are not allowed to be exported from the US without a bunch of paperwork, which you cannot do yourself, or that is even worth considering. There are some exceptions but I am not gonna go any further as once again for me and you it is not worth it.

Oh and it is not Canadian law that is the issue it is the American law so don't bother trying to call CBSA or whatever. They will tell you go right ahead and tell you it is OK with them.

ITAR might have missed some mounts, but for the most part youre better off buying in Canada. Scopes require an export permit, if the magazine holds more than 5 rds. it must be pinned to 5 before being shipped. All the stuff you listed is available in Canada, just browse through the dealer's sites at the top of the page.

Just order them online, that way you don't need to worry about them being local. Fabsports (Right above the One Shot banner) should carry most of what you're looking for. Also check out Reliable Gun Vancouver.

Reliable and Wanstalls are about the best, the latter a bit far out, but the service for both is hard to beat in the lower mainland.

Lever Arms on Burrard has many SKS accessories on display/in stock, I was just there two weeks ago. I think they even had a UTG 3-rail, scopes with mounts and other stuff.

Also consider ISS in Surrey, though I don't think they have very much SKS accessories on display

Wanstalls is in MapleRidge, Reliable is in Vancouver on Fraser, and Italian Sporting Goods is also in Vancouver, near the Coliseum.
