Anyone know which Canadian or Ontario shops would carry Accu-Wedges?

Looking for one. However most places I checked are in America online.

Checked ebay also, the shipping prices are a rip and they are sold in packs of (3)s.

If anyone would know or have any spares please let me know.

Thanks!

Use a foam earplug under the takedown pin. Makes rattle go away- but as noted, other than that, it's useless.

Rubber eraser cut to size works too. Whoever invented the accuwedge is laughing all the way to the bank!

Cut two 1" strips of electrical tape the width of your receiver wall or if there is a a lot of play, use something thicker like duct tape. Use some alcohol and wipe the ends clean of grease/oil and stick the tape along the length just ahead of the takedown bolt. Rattle/play should be gone. :)

Ok thank god you guys were here to tell me that thing was useless.
I was about to drop $30 on one... If there's something I can do to DIY then that would be excellent.
I have no rattle or play at all, I just thought it would be something I could add on to further enhance the strength of the upper and lower.

Nope. Just leave it as is.

I freaking hate them however we get tons of people wanting them to take the wiggle out.

Don't do it!

Makes your takedown very difficult and doesn't do what it is purported to do.

If you're still adamant about using one, PM your address and I'll send you one.

Then, after you've used it a bit, PM me to tell me that you've removed it.

Totally agree... The "wiggle" is harmless, and adding a wedge is just adding frustration when it's time to break down the rifle.

Right on, okay I'll leave it as is since there isn't any wobble or gaps right now.
Thanks for the tips guys!

Since the OP doesn't have a rattle I guess this wont really help, but for those who do have wiggle room...has anyone tried the JP tension pin or the demon tactical pin? I'm pretty sure the JP needs a scrwdriver to take down which is kind of a pain butt, but the Demon looks like a good option, don't think they're easy to find though

I know the US AMA and NG MTU have welded and epoxied receivers together looking for accuracy gains.

They found none, which is the same they found with the accuwedge.

Well boys, thanks but no thanks. I have seen too many bubba's in my time and I have too much into my Tavor to cheap out. I can wait for the Timney's to come out. I will get a better trigger and no worries.
