Hello.
I am looking at getting either the origional style Accuracy International chassis system or the new AX chassis has anyone had any experience with either of them. Also im wondering were i could purchase one (long action, 300 win mag)

Got to shoot the new 50 cal AX at one of the comps and it is rock solid. Wolverine Supply has several in stock. A very nice chassis (AI AX).

Man , It dosnt look like you want to buy new. But thats what i did. i bought and butchered a brand new remington that i paid $1000 dollars for and poured $2500 into it, with out optics. I now wish i had spent the extra 200 plus bottom metal and bought a pierce or a stillar action. Having said that my build turned out unreal. I just wish i had gone with a cutom action. If your looking for a good used reminton or other factory action to save money that is not a bad plan. Just saying if you decided to butcher a new one look into customs. That chassis your looking and would be nicley accented with a custom of your choice... Just a thought.

I had the AI AX chassis for my Surgeon rifle and can tell you that it was an awesome chassis. You will not regret it.

A number of CGN dealers sell the Accuracy International chassis (and some also their rifles). In no particuliar order, get in touch with Dustin @ ATRS; Rob @ Wolverines Supplies; Sean @ NorthShoreBarrels.

What barreled action do you plan on dropping in into one?
