Went to the range a few Sundays ago and shot this group with my brand new Rem SPR94. Some people might not be impressed with this group but I sure as hell was. I consider myself a novice shooter and I would have a hard time doing this at 100 yards.
I didn't know what to expect from a Russian combo gun. I mounted a leupold 3-12x40mm with a one piece B-square air gun mount. I have plenty of eye relief just in case I touch off a 12 gauge shell.

This group was shot with no wind. I shot 2 rounds before this group on another target and both hit close to the 10 ring. I didn't bother with a new barrel break in proceedure.

Winchester white box 45 gr 223 ammo @ 200 yards. The 100 yard bench was busy so I had no choice but to use the 200 yard bench.

I have one in 12/3006 and it seems to shoot good enough for what the gun was bought for as a little chicken and big game at the same time. First one that I had recieved shot low (12") at 100 y and could not get it to change the point of impact so I sent it back. Secound rifle shoot good.

Can't count on proper barrel regulation[like most recent Savage 24's] A buddy has a .22/410 Soviet gun and it's a garbage compared to my old Savage 22/.410 The rifle barrel is scary accurate and the shotgun 3 ft low at 25 yards,Pointless having a SS and wanting a combo gun.I'd mill a folding high leaf sight for the shotgun if it were mine.My Savage 24 on the other hand is bang on and you can even shoot clays with it.Throws a manderine size pattern at 20 yards great for decapping chickens! Grossly overchoked but I like it..................Harold
