accurate 2495 question

I had to pick up Accurate 2495 as it was all that was available to me at the local store. I use the lee dipper set. Is IMR4895 or H4895 a cross reference for volume with this? An even more basic question is if I use the 2.8cc dipper, with this powder, with my .303 hand loader will I be safe?

Well I called Western Powders (very nice people by the way). They gave me the VMD as .071 which is different than the Lee table. Now I am really confused.

Figured out I need the 3.1cc dipper. Which will give me 44 gr of 2495. Sending my 180gr RN Speer hot cor at 2500 fps. I got this loading by signing up to that load data site.
