Accurate Install of a New Barrel on Win Model 70 NEBC

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith for installing (reinstalling) a new barrel on a win model 70. I am not impressed with the work from Corlanes. I was spoiled by the work of Ralph Martini but he has gone on to bigger and better things. NEBC or Alberta
