accurate powder distributor in canada

Does anyone know where I can find aa 2200 powder in canada? Starting to reload for my recently acquired xcr-l in 6.8. Apparently a lot of people say it's the best powder for the caliber. Looking for a distributor. Thanks guys.

The only store I have ever seen carry a decent selection of Accurate Powders in Canada is the The Shooting Edge in Calgary.

You have to sign in to see primers and powder - as in make an account and submit your PAL. Sometimes when the accounts are made and your PAL entered it still doesn't show it and you have to message the admin to get it added so you can see the primers/powder.

Thanks, that was it I was not confirmed despite having an account with a PAL number.

In view of the fact that Accurate powder is not easy to come by in many areas, I would suggest that you experiment with other brands of powders as I have done.

Nosler has some good load data here:

and, of course, Hodgdon has data available (31 loads):

H322 is even better. As is Aliant Reloder 10x and the Higginson's surplus WC735 which is as I've been told, just AA2200... Works for me. So glad they got more in, need to order some more!

SAWZALL, thank you for your timely input - you are absolutely correct. I went home at lunchtime and checked some load data and H322 is what I use with 110 gr loads:

Hornady #27200 110gr Match BTHP w/c; 29.0gr H-322; WLR primer; Remington cases; C.O.L: 2.260"; ~ velocity: 2,650 fps (this is a slightly compressed load - use at your own risk!)

Thanks folks. I am going to try some h4198 until I can find some h322. Loading some 90gr Speers for my 6.8. H4198 seemed to be the only thing suitable I could find locally.
