The walk in prices for the most part Are high but I found that they gave tradesman discounts that were pretty good. They do have "consumer" and "corporate" prices as they mainly want the corporate business. If your company had set up their account with a employee discount along with their discount prices would have been great. A lot of the stuff I got there were at up to 60% or better discount (Fort McMurray)

Overhead cost are up through the roof. Rent, staffing, utilities. equipment like forklifts etc..... And fewer and fewer industrial customers as more and more is done outside North America.
