Greetings,

I'm using my TA11H-G (.223 BAC reticle) for medium-long range shooting (up to 500 meters), and until now I'm been using 62 grains M855 ammunition with great success in conjunction with the BDC, but now I've switched to hanloads, 75 grains match, which do not match the BDC anymore.

So now I have decided to dial in my elevations, however I find conflicting information about the adjustment turrets of that scope : some sources state it is 1/3MOA (3 clicks per inch @ 100yd) adjustment, other say it is a 1/4MOA (4 clicks per inch @ 100yd)...

For close range work it doesn't make a difference, but at longer ranges it does, hence my need to clarify.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

I've got the thing second hand so no manual, and can't seem to find it on the manufacturer's website.

- Trijicon's website says 1/3 MOA
- Optics Planet, Militarywarfighter and most other resellers say 1/4 MOA

That's the thing, if it had been one or two resellers stating different information than Trijicon, I wouldn't even be asking... but the fact that most of them are is getting me to wonder...

My TA31 said the click value the turrets.

Also, if you are thinking about dialing it in for different ranges, I would seriously consider a different optic. ACOG's are good if you zero it and leave it, using the BDC reticule, but IMHO are not designed to be adjusted on the fly.
