Acog TA31RCO question

Hey, I'm looking into buying my first optic for my AR-15. I found a Acog TA31RCO-M4CP for $1000. Brand new. What do these retail for in Canada?

Also, the front of this Acog is at an angle and on the Trijicon website it isn't angled. What does this mean? An older model perhaps?

EDIT: Think I figured out the angle bit.. It's from the killflash, correct?
EDIT: I ended up winning this auction for $1092. Hope I got a good deal.

But that seems High. $1200 would be a good price. You paid less.

I just paid the equivalent of $1200 (trade + cash) for a LNIB TA31F, sounds like you did ok to me.
