ACR Enhanced Non-Restricted

Tried to find a thread on this but couldn't. Checked all dealers and couldn't find one. Is there any dealer that someone can lead me to that carries the ACR Enhanced Non-Restricted or does one just have to buy the restricted version and get it re-barreled and re-classified?

The Herron version will most likely be a much more accurate barrel as well. One thing to think about.

I just did mine, I got lucky!!!

Sent him the gun, he got the barrels, mine was the only gun he had in his hands, so total turnaround from shipping to getting it back will be maybe 12 days (shipping Canada Post inclusive)!!!!

Now to see it disappear from the registry!

I'm guessing the rebarreling will be more than $500.

I'm into the gun at $2800, and probably around $900 for a barrel with integrated flash hider and Cerakote.

Geissele Trigger - $300.....next? SHOOT THE DAMN THING!

(biggest reason I switched it out was varmint hunting, and the ability to shoot it anywhere I please (legally) is priceless)

I was about 900$ into my barrel job with Ian, but wound up so happy with his work that I had to buy a second gun for him to convert! Honestly, he did a great job on mine and it's been death on coyotes the past few weekends.

The Geiselle Super ACR trigger is also worth every cent....

I ordered the trigger based on your review...so it better be worth every penny...or else.....or else....or else I'll whine like a little ##### on CGN!!!!

Interesting option for the future guys for a non-restricted. May I ask those of you that had this done, did any of you go the 6.8 route instead of the 5.56?

There are no 6.8bolts availavlble unless you can find someone to custom make one for you. A 300 blk out conversion would nice because all you need is the barrel.
