Looking for input from people who have had their restricted acr made non restricted. I Had my restricted acr converted to NR by Herron a couple months ago. I was provided an application number in regards to the classification change. When I phoned in the person put the change right through on the phone and gave me the application number. She said to phone back in a couple days to see that it had been completed.
I forgot about phoning for a month or so and just recently called in. The girl on the phone was really confused and she said it should show in the system (the description change) but that there was just nothing there. What kind of verification can I expect to get/look for to know that my description change has been completed? All I wanted her to tell me was if the acr was still registered to me or not and it’s turned into a giant to do. She said she will be phoning me back.
