ACR's are in the country again??

I must be out of the loop but last I heard the Bushmaster ACR was being reviewed by the RCMP and it's legality was in limbo.

I walk into Cabela's in Saskatoon and they have a brand new one sitting right there. $2999, not bad. When did this all happen? I'm usually on top of this stuff.

Only if Bushmaster's release dates can be counted upon... They have an extremely poor track record with the ACR.

The dealer couldn't give me an exact price either. "Around $2,800" is what I got.

That being said - is it worth $2,800.

Lot of money for a restricted, especially when a NR factory version is on the way. Sits between an XCR and a Swiss for price. Got to look at all three side by side at CSC and the price spectrum is right, although a pricing point 500 less would be nice.

With a non-restricted barrel? Definitely. The new barrels supposedly have a lighter profile, so it will be interesting to see how much accuracy is affected.
