Action Screw Torque Range

Looking to do some tinkering with action screw torque. What sort of range do people usually go through when trying to find the sweet spot? What increments do you go by? Gun is an NS522, two action screws.
 
I torque the action screws on my x bolt to 45 in lbs, but it has really good epoxy bedding. My rifles with straight wood i dont go nearly as tight so i dont distort the wood.

I should have mentioned the rifled is bedded and pillared. Thanks for the reply.
