Action-shooting-friendly gun club in or near Toronto?

I've recently moved to downtown Toronto, and I'd like to find a gun club nearby that is suitable for someone who enjoys IPSC/IDPA-style action shooting rather than bullseye.

I know that some gun clubs have internal policies that would be a poor match for my interests—such as no holsters, no rapid shooting, or no movement forward of the line. Can anyone recommend something better?

Thanks!

Maybe Barrie, Sharon or Aurora gun club depends how far you want to travel from Toronto:D

Target Sports, aka "The Grange" has a "defensive pistol" league and when some of the members get it organized, they will also have an IPSC league.

These are only for members unless it is a sponsored "competition" and then it is open to anyone qualified to participate.

In the opinion of a soon to be former member, the Grange, since its new management, is no longer suitable for serious action shooters. The new management has kicked out the IPSC league and has instituted a bunch of policies, which make it impossible for members to practice skills such as holster draw at the firing line, regardless whether you hold a black badge or not.

Unless you enjoy the "new" flashy store, and shooting in a glass cage, while every dingdong who walks into the store oogles you, you'll be best served somewhere else.
