Action wrench for Remington 783

Hi All,

I'm new to this area but want to swap the barrel of my Remington 783. I need an action wrench to hold my action and the recoil lug in line. Unless there is any trick to that without a proper action wrench I'm looking for the one. The closest I found is this but it says it's for Remington 700 and Savage 110. Would that also fit the Rem 783?

I used a Savage barrel nut wrench and a recoil lug tool I custom made in the milling machine that looks like this.

That Rem 700 tool does not work with the 783

Thanks EHG, did you made one for Remington 783? If so any chance to make another one?

It would be cheaper to buy the one I linked, weld the hole and re-drill it to the proper spot.
There's probably another way to do it besides pinning the lug, but I made mine from scratch

Wow, time passed by in case anyone else would wonder; Savage barrel nut wrench worked perfectly fine.
