A fella from work asked me to buy a couple revolvers from an elderly relative who is in a nursing home. He worked as a civilian clerk in the Toronto Police Force from 1950 somthing to 1970 something. The guns were both prohibs and he didnt want to sell them to a "store" so I said I would take them sight unseen...I gave him his asking price and exactly what the store offered.
First one is a cool old .32 Colt police positive...
It is tight and has clearly been used...check out the stamping. Must have been issued back in the day...
The second one...
Pretty sure from the holster wear, it has seen the streets too...
The owner is not in good health and I would have loved to get more details on these guns histories but it was not in the cards today...too bad. He did seem relieved they were being taken off his hands though as his family was uncomfortable with them around.
What you guys think?
