Ruger has great customer service if you live in the US
I had an issue with a new set of grips for a Black Hawk that came through Snap Shots .
They sent the wrong grips twice . I contacted Ruger USA with questions on why the grips don't fit correctly .
They were super helpful & it was determined that I was sent the wrong grips .
They asked for my address and said they would send me the correct ones free of charge .
When they saw my Canadian address they said sorry can't help you & never replied again to any of my e-mails
