Adding a Fixed Stock to a VZ58 Carbine (Short Barrel) - Non-Restricted??

Is it possible to add a fixed stock to a carbine length VZ58 to shoot it as a non-restricted? Keeping it well above the length limits. Educate me, minus the flame

No. Your barrel has to be at least 18.5" in a semi-auto center fire rifle to be non-restricted.
