adding photos

I have a lee enfield .303 that i was hoping someone could tell me something about, but i cannot figure out how to add pics without using an external link like photobucket, can someone give me some pointers

How to post pictures.
You have to host on a website like photobucket. CGN doesnt host the pics.

any other ways

some of the pics are imbedded in the text, are they hosted by photobucket as well, \i know some posts have the photobucket link on them, wasnt sure if there was an easier way then using photobucket
