Hello,
This may have already been posted/answered somewhere on the site but I have run a few searches and wasn't able to find the answer to my question.
I have had my PAL for over 10 years now and have recently completed the restricted safety course to upgrade my license to a RPAL. I was wondering if the 28 day waiting period and contacting of references still applies if you are only adding privileges to your license. I already own a firearm (shotgun) and have gone through this before, just seems unnecessary to do it again.
It doesn't really matter either way, i'm just eager to get into pistol target practice.
I'd be interested in hearing if anybody has any info on what kind of process I should expect.
Thanks.
